Parent Teacher Online

This article guides you through using a web browser to join a Teams Meeting, but you are welcome to use the Teams application if you already have that installed on your device.

This article discusses how to login to Parent Teacher Online and how to join your parent teacher interview in a supported browser e.g. Safari, Chrome, Firefox using Microsoft Teams.

How to Book Appointments

  1. Click this link to login to Parent Teacher Online.

  2. Your login username has been sent to you in the Parent Teacher Interview communication.
    If you can’t find these details, follow the below instructions to receive an email with your login details.
    On the Parent Teacher Online website:

    1. Click, Obtain Password.

    2. Enter your Email Address.

    3. Click, Send Email.

  3. Select Parent Teacher Interviews and proceed to make your bookings.

How to join your Teams Meeting

  1. Login to the Parent Teacher Online website.

  2. At the booking time Click the link ‘Click here to join your parent teacher interview’ below the Teachers Name.

Please drop down the relevant instructions depending on which web browser you are using on your device:

Firefox

  1. Login to the Parent Teacher Online website.

  2. Click, Click here to join your parent teacher interview.

  3. Click, Cancel on the popup that appears.

  4. Select, Continue on this browser.

  5. Click, Allow if prompted.

  6. Click, Allow if prompted.

  7. Enter Your Name (First name and Surname) and Click, Join Now.

  8. You should now see the following screen. The teacher will admit you into the meeting once they have finished their previous meeting.


Safari

  1. Login to the Parent Teacher Online website.

  2. Click, Click here to join your parent teacher interview.

  3. Click, Cancel.

  4. Select, Continue on this browser.

  5. Click, Allow.

  6. Enter Your Name and Click, Join Now.

  7. You should now see the following screen. The teacher will admit you into the meeting once they have finished their previous meeting.

Chrome

  1. Login to the Parent Teacher Online website.

  2. Click, Click here to join your parent teacher interview.

  3. Click, Cancel.

  4. Select, Continue on this browser.

  5. Click, Allow.

  6. Enter Your Name and Click, Join Now.

  7. You should now see the following screen. The teacher will admit you into the meeting once they have finished their previous meeting.
